Services

Carlos Web Design provides professional website design, website redesign, managed website hosting, website maintenance, performance optimization, security monitoring, and related web development services.

Website Design

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due before the website is launched.
• The project price is typically split into two equal payments — 50% deposit before work begins, and the remaining 50% balance before delivery. Once the balance is paid, completed files are provided via a secure download link.
• Any additional features requested outside the original project scope may require a separate quote.

Managed Hosting

Managed hosting includes website hosting, security monitoring, backups, maintenance, software updates, uptime monitoring, and technical support based on the selected hosting plan.

Hosting services remain active while monthly payments are current. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or removal of hosting services after reasonable notice.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide logos, images, text, and other content needed for the project.
• Review submitted work in a timely manner.
• Approve the completed website before launch.
• Maintain ownership or licensing for all content provided.

Ownership

Once the website project has been paid in full, ownership of the website content belongs to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Carlos Web Design retains ownership of any reusable internal tools, templates, frameworks, and development resources used to build websites.

Support

Support is provided according to the client's selected hosting plan. Major redesigns, new custom functionality, or work outside normal maintenance may require a separate estimate.

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to keep websites secure, available, and properly maintained, Carlos Web Design cannot guarantee that services will be completely uninterrupted or free from events outside our control, including internet outages, third-party service interruptions, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
