Carlos Web Design strives to provide high-quality website design and managed hosting services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our services.
A deposit may be required before work begins. Once work has started, the deposit is generally non-refundable because time and resources have been committed to your project.
If additional payments have been made before the project is completed, any refund requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work already performed.
Once a website has been completed, approved, and delivered, all payments are non-refundable.
Managed hosting subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring billing. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Clients who finance the cost of a website build and hosting term through a single recurring monthly payment agree to a separate written agreement at signup, which governs refunds and early-cancellation terms for that plan specifically — including the non-refundable nature of the deposit and risk premium. That agreement controls for financed plans; this Refund Policy applies to all other services.
Carlos Web Design works to maintain reliable website availability. If an outage occurs due to scheduled maintenance, internet service providers, third-party services, hardware failures, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, refunds are generally not provided.
If a significant service interruption is caused directly by Carlos Web Design, we may, at our discretion, provide a partial account credit or another appropriate resolution.
